INGREDIENTS:
submarine sandwich rolls (about 6 inch) or 1 baguette (8 oz)
cup Caesar dressing
package (3.5-oz size) sandwich sliced pepperoni
lb deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken), cut into about 1/4-inch slices
slices (1 oz each) Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend
slices tomato, cut in half
lettuce leaves
medium red onion, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS:
- Cut rolls horizontally in half (if using baguette, first cut into fourths). Spread dressing over cut sides of rolls.
- Layer bottom halves of rolls with pepperoni, chicken, cheese, tomato, lettuce and onion. Top with roll tops; press gently. Secure with toothpicks. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
